Self-Awareness - Intro (July, 2025)

For the first seven years of my professional life, I worked at a large church. Now, it was my first job out of college, so I started when I was 22, and I worked there until I was 29. It goes without saying that I was much more mature and a way better leader at 29 than I was at 22. When I was 22, I didn’t know what I didn’t know and I’m so grateful for people in my life during this season that were willing to give me endless amounts of feedback that helped me grow.
